KrysiaKrysia manages RCTYPF and provides nearly all the fundraising and project develpoment, and has done since YPF was newly formed in 2007. Krysia has a Masters degree in Forensic Psychology, is a fully qualified and registered Fundraiser and is soon to complete the Prince 2 Project Management Practitioner course. Krysia enjoys cake, going to the theatre and travelling. |

LizLiz is a freelance qualified youth worker and trainer, and also acts as our publicist and Treasurer. Liz provides a range of workshops and training sessions for groups of young people with learning disabilities, also helping with the planning and prepararation of the courses which will be delivered. At the moment, Liz is completing a PGCE (Teaching Certificate). Liz enjoys Old stories, full Welsh breakfast with laver bread and cockles, musical theatre. |

LukeLuke is our young people's transition worker. He provides one-to-one self-advocacy support, plans and prepares some of the group training courses, and then delivers training and education to groups of young people with learning disabilities. He provides support and supervision to young people when we go on trips and take part in activities. Luke is planning on doing and OCN Level 2 in Youth Work and would to qualify as a social worker in the future. Luke likes Summer, Music and Choclate. |
